The Mahina Club can be paid for using PayPal and credit card. Vouchers cannot be redeemed.
Please note the following payment information based on your chosen duration:
Flexible duration: The first payment will be deducted within the next business days after completing the membership. Subsequent payments will be deducted on the 2nd of each month.
Fixed duration (3/6/12 months): The total amount is paid at checkout (installment payment available).
If you wish to change your payment method, you must first cancel your subscription. Afterward, you can re-subscribe with your new payment method.
Your Mahina Club will be sent to you approx. 3-7 business days (Mo-Fr) after the payment has been debited. As soon as the package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation with shipment tracking.
The Mahina Club is limited and exclusively curated. Therefore, it is excluded from exchange and return rights.
This is also stated in our Terms and Conditions under §6 "Right of Withdrawal for Consumers." However, you can exercise your right of withdrawal after your first Mahina Club order and return the shipment to us within 14 days.
If your Mahina Club item is defective, please contact our customer service.
With our Flex subscription, you have the option to pause your subscription.
* Please note that this is only possible for the following month. To suspend your subscription, you must make this adjustment before the 28th of the current month. You can easily do this in your customer account. This will suspend both the billing and delivery for the next month. The subscription will then resume as usual in the month after the pause. Pausing is not possible with fixed-term subscriptions (3, 6, and 12 months).
It is important to note that when reactivating your subscription, the activation will not occur in the current month but will start on the 2nd of the following month.
*Please be aware that during the pause of your subscription, you will not receive any monthly benefits such as discounts, contests, or pre-sale access associated with the Mahina Club.
Log in to your customer account and select the “Manage subscription” option. This will take you directly to your subscription and you can view the current status. If you want to make changes to the color selection of your Flex subscription for the next month, you have the opportunity to do so before the 28th of the current month. Please note that changing the color selection is only possible if the Mahina Club in your desired color is still in stock.
It is not possible to change the color of your term subscription (3, 6 and 12 months).
- Cancellation of the subscription is only possible within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Alternatively, you can cancel or pause your subscription for the next month
- Cancellation of the Mahina Club Flex subscription for the following month is only possible until the 28th of the current month
- You can cancel or pause your subscription in your account.

- With a Mahina Club subscription with a fixed term, it is possible to cancel the subscription at any time during the term. Cancellation will then take effect at the end of the respective term.

Tieni presente le seguenti informazioni sul pagamento in base alla durata scelta:
- Durata flessibile: Il primo pagamento verrà detratto nei giorni lavorativi successivi al completamento dell'iscrizione. I pagamenti successivi verranno detratti il 2 di ogni mese.
- Durata fissa (3/6/12 mesi): L'importo totale viene pagato al momento del pagamento (possibilità di pagamento rateale). Se desideri cambiare metodo di pagamento, devi prima annullare l'abbonamento. In seguito, potrai abbonarti nuovamente con il nuovo metodo di pagamento.
Il tuo Mahina Club ti verrà spedito dopo circa 3-7 giorni lavorativi (da lunedì a venerdì) dall'addebito del pagamento. Non appena il pacco lascerà il nostro magazzino, riceverai una conferma di spedizione con il tracking della spedizione.
Il Mahina Club è limitato e curato in esclusiva. Pertanto, è escluso dal diritto di cambio e di restituzione.
Ciò è indicato anche nei nostri Termini e Condizioni al paragrafo 6 "Diritto di recesso per i consumatori". Tuttavia, puoi esercitare il diritto di recesso dopo il tuo primo ordine Mahina Club e restituirci la spedizione entro 14 giorni.

Con il nostro abbonamento Flex, hai la possibilità di mettere in pausa il tuo abbonamento.
* Tieni presente che questo è possibile solo per il mese successivo. Per sospendere il tuo abbonamento, devi effettuare questa modifica entro il 28 del mese in corso. Puoi farlo facilmente dal tuo account cliente. In questo modo sospenderai sia la fatturazione che la consegna per il mese successivo. L'abbonamento riprenderà come di consueto nel mese successivo alla sospensione. La sospensione non è possibile per gli abbonamenti a tempo determinato (3, 6 e 12 mesi).
È importante notare che quando si riattiva l'abbonamento, l'attivazione non avverrà nel mese corrente ma inizierà il 2 del mese successivo.
*Tieni presente che durante la pausa del tuo abbonamento non riceverai alcun beneficio mensile come sconti, concorsi o accesso alle prevendite associate al Mahina Club.
Accedi al tuo account cliente e seleziona l'opzione "Gestisci abbonamento". In questo modo accederai direttamente al tuo abbonamento e potrai visualizzarne lo stato attuale. Se vuoi modificare la selezione del colore del tuo abbonamento Flex per il mese successivo, hai la possibilità di farlo entro il 28 del mese in corso. Ti ricordiamo che è possibile modificare la selezione del colore solo se il Mahina Club del colore desiderato è ancora disponibile in magazzino.
Non è possibile cambiare il colore dell'abbonamento a termine (3, 6 e 12 mesi).
- L'annullamento dell'abbonamento è possibile solo entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della consegna. In alternativa, puoi cancellare o mettere in pausa l'abbonamento per il mese successivo.
- La cancellazione dell'abbonamento al Mahina Club Flex per il mese successivo è possibile solo fino al 28 del mese in corso.
- Puoi cancellare o sospendere il tuo abbonamento dal tuo account.

- Nel caso di un abbonamento al Mahina Club a tempo determinato, è possibile annullare l'abbonamento in qualsiasi momento durante il periodo di validità. La cancellazione avrà effetto alla fine del rispettivo periodo.
